He has very strong experience in Technology management, Global delivery, Account management,Operations, People management and Strategic initiatives.

He has extensive experience in the Product Engineering domain (both in the embedded space and applications area) in Windows, Non Stop Kernel, Linux and Embedded platforms. He was instrumental in starting several offshore development centers for the MNC clients and growing them from scratch to several hundred people.

He has won several awards for innovation, business development and people management in the companies that he worked for.

He has been the Advisor and Consultant for several IT start-up companies in the Technology, Education and IT Design services domain in the last couple of years in addition to investing in some of these companies.
